On June 30th, 2023, at approximately 8:23 PM, I placed an order with your store (order number: 15147299), which included pizzas and other items. However, despite waiting for over an hour, my order was not delivered. I made numerous calls to the provided store number, but received no response throughout my 15 attempts. At around 10:15 PM, I received a call from +91 91040 96631, requesting directions even though I had already provided the proper address and directions. It is important to note that your store has successfully delivered orders to this address before.

Unfortunately, even after receiving directions, the delivery person was unable to locate the delivery address. Given the late hour and the fact that my family members were starving, with my daughter having gone to sleep on an empty stomach due to the delay, I had no choice but to refuse the order. What is particularly disappointing is that your store did not bother to call and understand the situation, nor did you issue a refund for the payment. To make matters worse, your store marked the order as delivered, which is highly unacceptable. This lack of courtesy and professionalism is truly shameful.
