We visited La Segreto Cafe and Resto recently. The ambience was slightly better than average, which initially gave us a good impression. Upon ordering, the staff informed us that the pizzas would be made with fresh dough and would take about 20-25 minutes for three pizzas, so we were fine with the wait. We also ordered grilled sandwiches and coffee. The sandwiches and coffee were just okay—nothing exceptional but decent enough. However, it was clear the restaurant was understaffed; only three people were handling all tasks including cooking, taking orders, making coffee, and cleaning tables, which likely affected the service speed. Unfortunately, our entire order took around 40 minutes to arrive. When the pizzas came, it seemed they were using ready-to-bake pizza bases rather than fresh dough, which was disappointing given the wait time. It also appeared that the restaurant might have recently changed management or ownership. Overall, while the ambience is decent, the service and food quality need improvement. Hopefully, with more staff and better kitchen management, La Segreto can enhance the dining experience.
