I didn’t even get to try the food at La Rivera—and that says a lot. I walked in expecting a pleasant dining experience, but the owner’s attitude toward customers was so disrespectful and aggressive that I chose to leave before placing an order. Hospitality starts with basic courtesy. When a customer raised a simple query, the owner responded with arrogance and hostility, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. If this is how guests are treated before they even sit down, I can’t imagine what happens after. A restaurant isn’t just about food—it’s about how people are made to feel. I hope La Rivera reconsiders its approach to customer service, because no dish is worth enduring that kind of behavior. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
