I visited this branch today around 11:30 at night. I want to report very bad service and behavior from the staff. I just waited 20 to 25 min just for the ordering. One person, who was sitting behind the counter, and I'm unsure if he was staff, was visibly drunk. He used abusive language and was also eating tobacco in front of customers; there were some ladies customers also. I'm sorry to say I've never experienced anything like this with Lapinoz. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It was really bad experience i oder 2 slices from there app it took 40 min and there was no update the I called then they are saying they ware not having the slice to it will take more time so worst experience ever then i said cancel my oder they said ok you will get the refund in one week So really bad experience Service: 1
