Extremely disappointing and unacceptable delivery experience through the app. There is no real-time tracking, and the outlet's official contact number provided on the app is switched off. I had to search for their number on Google, and even then, calls rarely connect. On the rare occasion it does, I am told that my voice is unclear, after which the call gets disconnected from their side with no attempt to call back. As per the app’s order status, my order has been prepared for over 30 minutes, yet there is no update or dispatch. Am I expected to eat cold, stale pizza? To make matters worse, there is no functional option within the app to escalate this issue or request assistance. This is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the service quality.
