I believe your staff needs more training on how to communicate with customers. They are not welcoming, and their behavior comes across as rude. If this continues, it could negatively affect your business. Good customer service is essential, and I hope steps are taken to improve the staff's attitude and professionalism. Additionally, we found two hairs in the pizza one on top and another inside the box. This is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. I hope proper hygiene protocols are enforced to prevent this from happening again. Especially this lady who in the picture need more training. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great place to have some cheezy delights , I especially loved their margarita pizza and their garlic bread it was really yummy. The atmosphere is also good, a good place to eat and share! The staff is really polite and well mannered towards the customers. It was a pleasant experience. The only thing was the menu isn't updated and we had to pay 300 rs extra because the price on the menu was only for online customers, and we were there for a dine in. So that needs to be fixed, rest all is great! Worst experience ever. The La Pinoz outlet in Porvorim had recently closed so decided to order from here. Ordered food at 8:00pm and the food had still not arrived till 9:30pm so called the outler and the response I got was that it would take half an hour more. Alsolute unpolite and unprofessional behavior from the staff. They should not accept orders if they are unable to deliver. Even after telling the outlet to cancel the order they are trying to convice us to keep the order and wait for 1hr more!!! DONT EVER ORDER FOOD FROM HERE. BAD STAFF BEHAVIOR AND ABSOLUTELY AVERAGE FOOD. WOULD NOT RECOMMED YOU TO EVER EAT HERE , DONT DO THE MISTAKE WE DID.
