Place is very untidy. Staff least bothered when brought to their notice cockroaches on the wall. Tables not clean. staff says customer it is due to leftover by customers!! AC not working properly. Staff says it is due to frequent opening of doors. They have excuse for everything but don't want to improve. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered pizza at 5.56 pm this evening and my order goes to making at 7 pm, that too after calling the outlet 3 times and my order was delivered at 8 pm. I have never seen such poor service of mulund outlet. If you order food from any restaurant it is also delivered within 1 hour and la linoz service was even worse. Every time I called i got only one answer that your order will be delivered in 10 - 15 minutes, so you are really fooling the customers, really don't order from this mulund outlet. They don't value the time of the customers. Service: 1
