Had placed the order on 21 Mar 25 at 9:15pm and was accepted by the outlet on 9:16pm. Had to wait 1.5hr for the order and it was not getting delivered, had to go myself to the outlet to collect the order. The order was given to me at 11:05pm that's atleast 2hr of the time I had placed ordered. They told me the order was ready for only about 5 min when I came, but when I touched the packaging it was ready for like 30 min before my arrival, when I told him that order was not hot he went inside and reheated The pizza. I even asked them for a refund but was denied said we cannot give the refund. The outlet did not even contacted me and when I tried contacting them no one was picking up the call. I had called them around 10 to 15 times no one picked up. When I asked what was the issue, the cashier told me they dont have any idea. That's the service la pinoz is giving to the customer. Here are the issues I faced: <br> <br>- No attendant at the counter to take orders <br>- Extra charge of ₹150 for adding a single flavor to giant/monster pizzas (not mentioned on the menu) <br>- Uneven slice sizes, with some too big and others too small <br>- Lack of hygiene: staff not wearing gloves or caps while preparing food <br>- Long wait time: 45-50 minutes to complete my order <br>- Chaotic kitchen environment with staff quarreling loudly <br>- Ignored customer requests and poor communication <br>- Garlic bread sticks were stale and served in a makeshift paper container <br>- Large pizza was made with thin crust instead of normal crust, despite our request <br> <br>The staff offered a medium pizza as compensation, but the damage was already done. Overall, my experience at La Pino'z Pizza, Runwal Greens Branch was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this branch to anyone.
