Okay food for unrealistic prices. They are tricky with their pricing, where if you want to take a complete meal, the bill shoots up. Great strategy I would say. I really liked their seating, it was cozy and the service was also good. They were quick with additional items asked. I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I placed an order for 18 pizzas, and the delivery took over 3 hours to arrive. This is unacceptable, especially since each pizza takes only about 5 minutes to cook. To make matters worse, there was no response to multiple calls and no order status updates on the app during the entire wait. What was even more shocking is that such a large order was assigned to just one delivery person, which clearly contributed to the massive delay. He brought 6 pizzas after 3 hours of wait and told he will go back 2 more trips to get rest of the pizza. Finally I had to go in person to the shop to pick up my delivery which was still being prepared after 3.5 hours of order. This shows poor planning and lack of readiness to handle bulk orders. Such delays and lack of communication are not just inconvenient—they reflect badly on the outlets’s professionalism. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve both your delivery logistics and customer service experience.
