La Pino'z Pizza Gangtok is pretty near MG Marg. It's a pleasant experience to eat good pizza and perfectly cooked pasta. The friendly staff is the only thing that can spoil your evening at this restaurant. Unprofessional service is something that guests would like to improve here. Extremely Disappointing Experience with La Pino'z Pizza I had the worst experience with La Pino'z Pizza and will never order from them again. The entire process was a complete disaster from start to finish. First, the delivery was over an hour and half late, with no communication or apology from the restaurant. When the pizza finally arrived, it was stone cold, as if it had been sitting around for ages. To make matters worse, I had also ordered a choco lava cake, which never arrived. Despite paying for it, there was no explanation or attempt to rectify the mistake. When I contacted customer service for a refund, I was met with indifference and excuses and have not received a refund. Overall, this was a terrible experience. Late delivery, cold pizza, missing items, and no accountability—La Pino'z Pizza has completely lost my trust. Save yourself the trouble and order from somewhere else. Food: 1 Service: 1

Ambience was good but the food contained hair ...on complaining the staff ,they didn't gave any refund and their behaviour was also bad . Not a good experience with la pinoz this time Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
