Dear La Pino'z Management, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and demand a full refund for my pizza order number 7073 Delivered on 23/07/2025 at approximately 12:22 according to the bill timing. The order was **delivered late**, despite my expectation of hot, fresh food. Upon arrival, the pizza was **not hot** at all, indicating a significant delay or poor handling. More importantly, the **quality of the pizza itself was unsatisfactory**. This is far below the standard I expect from La Pino'z To make matters worse, the post-delivery service was equally appalling. When I immediately called to report the issues, the person who received my call **asked me for a video of the pizza but then failed to provide a WhatsApp number** to send it to. Following this, my subsequent calls to resolve the issue **went unanswered**. This lack of accountability and willingness to address a customer's valid complaint is completely unacceptable. I expect a **full refund** for this order, and a serious review of your delivery and customer service procedures. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and reflects poorly on your establishment.
