The cake which I received wasn't of good chocolate sponge. It was of less sugar and no cream in it. Infact that sponge was very hard and chocolate disk was broken. This cake wasn't fresh. I want my refund back as soon as possible. Please take an action on this. This is not acceptable at all. Very bad experience.
