It was a Awesome experience with This hotel. They have provided very well personalized service to us. No difficulty was been faced by us as we were having infants then too they have been managed also provided us upgraded room. We were told that they will provide bonfire and live singing but was not provided and when asked to the receptionist they behaved very rudely . They just had one answer to every question that is this thing is against our rules and is currently not available . The only thing good about this place is the food . Here are the cons of this hotel :- 1. Receptionist is very rude 2. Manager not helpful 3. Rooms very hot even in winter season (January) 4. No facility of hot water in rooms 5. They deny for every little thing we ask them to provide and that too very rudely . Service: 1

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel La Niwasa. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. Reception manager Arjun sir was really helpful too! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect balance of modern amenities and local charm. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food, and the peaceful location made it ideal for relaxation.
