To Prikshit, I am absolutely disgusted by the experience I had at your pizzeria in New Amritsar. As a manager, your inability to handle customer concerns and your rude, unprofessional behavior are beyond unacceptable. It’s clear you have no idea how to deal with customers, let alone manage a restaurant. If this is the kind of service you provide, your pizzeria will soon lose all its customers. Instead of acting entitled, try doing your job properly—addressing concerns, resolving issues, and treating people with basic respect.
