Experienced the worst service ever. Already called to reserve a table and they readily told us that a table was available but when we reached the place, we had to search for a table on our own and found only a table for 4 availablewhen clearly I reserved for 7 . On top of that none of the staff tried to clean off the table that we were sitting at. When I inquired the receptionist they said they were readying a table for us and made us wait for more than 30 mins. When we had enough of their service we tried to talk to the receptionist but instead of communicating with us instead she was busy doing what and what not and lastly informed us that we'll have to wait for another 1½ hour. Wow never coming to this kind of place anymore. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Avoid at all costs!! Sat down for nearly 20 minutes and they didn’t even have the courtesy to clear the table or bring an additional chair we requested. The person at the front desk was super rude and condescending to my friend. It may be noted that we had already called to make reservations, and they told us to come to the restaurant, which we did. After enquiring multiple times, they informed us that we would be served after 30-45 minutes—this was after waiting there for about 20 minutes. An absolute joke! Overrated place with absolutely unprofessional service. I can understand the 3.6-star reviews, which are well deserved. Where did these people graduate from? No hospitality whatsoever. Even 5-star restaurants don’t behave this way. These people are way over their heads. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

the worst experience ever. we waited for an hour and didnt even get the chairs, the staff made us wait and they didnt even serve us. What is this behaviour??. they didn’t even give us any water,and acted like we were ghosts or something? Get better staff !!! the staff literally only takes high classed people seriously. we had to leave and we already called for a table and guess what we got? NOTHING. just bad service. Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
