I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Initially, it took an unreasonably long time for the staff to take our order. After finally placing the order, the food took about 45 minutes to arrive at our table, which is unacceptable. The service was extremely poor. We ordered Punjabi food, but the wrong dish was served. To make matters worse, the food was cold. When we raised our concerns with the waiter, he argued with us and insisted that the dish was correct. Despite our explanation that we are regular customers and have had this dish multiple times before, the waiter continued to try to convince us otherwise. Finally, after escalating the issue to the manager, they acknowledged the mistake and replaced the wrong dish with the correct one. This time, the food was fresh and hot, but the initial experience left a sour impression. Overall, the lack of professionalism, delayed service, and incorrect order handling make it hard for me to recommend this place.
