Extremely Disappointed with the Recent Experience I had one of the worst food experiences recently at La Festa. I ordered a cheese burst pizza and aglio olio pasta. First of all, aglio olio is typically made with spaghetti, but they served it with penne pasta without informing me in advance. What’s even more disappointing is that this dish is part of their new menu, and nowhere on the menu was it mentioned that only penne or macaroni would be used. To make it worse, the pasta was undercooked—so hard it was barely chewable. When I asked about it, they simply said it would be “dry,” which was not the issue at all. I informed the staff about the problem, and they agreed to replace it with pink sauce pasta. Unfortunately, that too was a disaster. It was completely bland, flavorless, and once again, the pasta was undercooked and tough to eat. Now coming to the cheese burst pizza—I'm shocked they even call it that. The stuffing inside tasted nothing like cheese. It was more like store-bought veg mayo. I had ordered it mainly for my child, and thank goodness she only ate the cheese from the top and left the crust. I honestly shudder to think what could have happened if she had eaten more of it. I raised my concerns about the pizza too, but the waiter refused to accept the complaint. Shockingly, the owner was sitting right there with headphones on, watching everything, and didn’t even bother to ask what was wrong or make any attempt to resolve the issue. I ended up wasting ₹587 on food that was not just disappointing but felt unsafe. I’ve been a loyal customer of La Festa for the past four years and have never had such a terrible experience before. Sadly, it seems like the quality of both food and service has completely gone downhill. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400

I was there the whole time and did know what was happening. In our menu its clearly mentioned that we serve only Penne & Macroni pasta for all recipes in the menu. Pasta should be crunchy and not overcooked. We maintain that always - the pasta was definitely not undercooked. But since you insisted, the pasta was boiled again specially for you and still you were not satisfied - hence a replacement pasta was also given. On your comment on the cheese used for the pizza - its totally unverified lie. We ONLY use cheese in all pizzas. The customers who visit us regularly know this for sure. We are serving this neighborhood for last 8 years and we are not here to cheat customers and make cheap money. Thank you!
