I stayed at Hotel Park Elanza for close to a month, and it was truly a pleasant experience throughout. From the very beginning, the front desk staff, especially Jayaram and Ambika, were extremely courteous and welcoming. Their professionalism and warmth made the check-in and everyday interactions smooth and friendly. The hotel’s pool and gym on the top floor were standout features—especially valuable for a long stay. I used them regularly, and they added a refreshing touch to my routine. During a brief period when my child stayed with me, he absolutely loved the pool—it became the highlight of his time there! The overall environment, service quality, and facilities made it feel like a home away from home. I truly look forward to coming back again. Service: 5
