Anyone even remotely thinking of trying this place: don’t waste your money or your appetite. The food is bland, lifeless, and completely lacking any of the rich flavors or aroma that biryani is known for. There’s zero authenticity, zero effort — just a mess pretending to be biryani. This place is a scam for food lovers.

My recent experience at La Biryaneez Chalet in Sector 23 was nothing short of appalling. What began as a simple meal turned into a nightmare encounter with the owner, leaving me disgusted and appalled.The food itself was subpar. The tandoori chicken I ordered was undercooked and bland, a far cry from the flavorful dish I was expecting. However, the food was merely a prelude to the real horror that awaited.I had redeemed a Magicpin voucher to pay for my meal, a common practice I've used at countless establishments. The owner initially agreed to accept the voucher but then demanded that I pay in cash as well. When I explained that redeemed vouchers cannot be refunded, he flew into a rage.The owner's behavior was utterly unacceptable. He resorted to shouting, abuse, and even threats, creating a hostile and unsafe environment for me and other patrons. His audacity reached its peak when he insinuated that customers who use vouchers receive lower quality chicken. This blatant admission of deceitful business practices was shocking.The entire experience left a sour taste in my mouth, far worse than the undercooked chicken. La Biryaneez Chalet is not simply a restaurant with bad food; it's an establishment run by an individual who clearly should not be in the hospitality industry.I strongly advise anyone considering dining at La Biryaneez Chalet to think twice. The owner's appalling behavior and questionable business practices make this restaurant a place to avoid at all costs.
