Got to order a 2 tier cake for my anniversary On 11th October Cake was so delicate and soft that it fall before opening the box . Even no stands were there to hold two tiers When complained them they were not ready to accept any faults Moreover the cream was melted Really bad experience Will not be able to recommend them

Despite calling the restaurant that my carrot cake slice got damaged every time i order it they still did not packed it well and this time situation of cake slice is even worse than previous time very disappointed even blueberry cheese cake was in worst condition when I ordered it earlier packing used to be good and neither cheese cake was damaged nor carrot cake slice but from last 2 months it is getting worse day by day
