Dear All Last saturday 15/02/2020 we were at Lords-Restro & Bar at Dana Paani CHD City Karnal and booked it for 30 pax. all menu was set and price was settled. We agreed on their terms & conditions but only on one demand that were quality food and service. 7:30 was the time for our get together and on that time they were arranging chairs. 8:25 the retaurant staff started snacks which were disgusting. We had complaint to Mr. Pulkit who had booked our get together. He assure us to look into this matter. But all waste. As per our set menu all non veg and veg snacks were waste they were all Cold & Raw. All of us went to refuse to not to have dinner there. But the restaurant staff forced us to pay all money and call bouncers. We had told them they can charge for snacks and drinks which we had consumed but they charged us for main course meal which we did not consumed. After the arguments for one & half hour we had called to local newspaper reporter Mr. Kamal Midha who had assured that he will look into this matter but nothing changed. Someone in restaurant had told us to call the police but we didn't because this will be the insult of our city because there were so many people from outside and we were with our family and kids. So we paid them full amount and take the bill with GST paid. All staff is rigid and don't know the meaning of hospitality and customer care. We will not recommend to anyone to go there. I request to the administration to look into this matter....
This place is not at all advisable ???
