Six orders, six delays — every single time by at least 20–40 minutes on Zomato. They claim ingredient issues, even though the restaurant opens at 10 am. That gives them hours to prep, so why aren’t they ready? It’s clear they’re not taking customer satisfaction seriously. With so many negative experiences, I really think it’s time Zomato stops partnering with such restaurants. Otherwise, users will lose faith in the platform itself.
