Very unprofessional. Can't deliver the cake on time. Again they made a mistake by giving me a wrong product of different flavor which I did not specified. I don't recommend. Won't step foot again. Ever.. Service: Takeaway Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The least you can do is provide a working contact number or at the very least, include one on the receipt. In times of uncertainty or emergencies, this becomes crucial. It’s not just a courtesy, it’s a basic part of responsible service and a sound marketing strategy. I truly hope to see this improve. It’s time to level up.
