The room size and location is good and decent interiors. Room cleanliness is not so good, specifically bath rooms Toilet faucets were leaking.Buckets were dirty.NO internet was a big shortcoming. Frontdesk lady should be trained for more courtesy with customers. No restaurant is a big negative point. Room service was quick and Good.

Laya Regency is located near to one of the famous Mayurnath temple. Rooms are quiet spacious and clean too. Morning complimentary breakfast is arranged. If you need lunch or dinner they will arrange for you. Service staff are friendly. An advice book this hotel directly not through Make my trip app,because if booked via mmt early check is not allowed by the hotel person..... When booked directly they consider extending one hour to check out.. This place is famous for one or two temples only and the historic place poompukar, Danish fort are a few kilometres from this hotel.. For local outings they arrange auto for us, but negotiate the amount beforehand.. july, August and September The climate Will be tolerable and less crowded too. Luckily it was raining when I stayed at Mayiladuthurai in laya Regency......i enjoyed my stay at Laya Regency. Service: 3
