I had rice and a minced beef dish here (name not mentioned on the menu clearly). Within one to two hours of leaving the café, I fell severely sick and vomited everything I ate at Latin Street. Initially, I assumed it was a personal stomach issue, but later found out that multiple friends have experienced similar sickness after eating here. That points to a serious food hygiene and safety concern, which is unacceptable. This is not just about taste — this is about basic food safety. Serving food that makes customers sick is alarming and raises questions about ingredient quality, storage, and kitchen practices. On top of that, the service was extremely unprofessional. When we raised feedback about another dish being bland, the waiter told us the manager would speak to us. Instead, a random kitchen staff member came out to talk. This clearly shows a lack of professionalism, accountability, and even basic understanding of management hierarchy. Customer concerns should be handled by responsible management, not passed off casually to kitchen staff. Overall, this place lacks hygiene, professionalism, and customer respect. A café that cannot ensure food safety or proper customer handling should seriously reconsider operating standards. Very bad experience and absolutely not recommended. I am not sure whether even one star worth the hype Recently visited the restaurant, cannot call them waiter / manger who ever was taking my order , felt like just some boys who were kind of adamant that they don't care about the customers . Called them not twice or thrice but 7 times to just notice . Restaurants in Kozhikode always gave that warm feeling about everything but here nothing is available . And about food , obviously didn't like also I think they act like ingredients are imported from Latin countries itself , that's the price they take . I have visited cafes in several countries, gone to Mexico as well for work but never felt this kind of rejection , So no question of coming back .
