We visited this hotel last week for dinner. Initially, when we arrived, they gave us some food for tasting, and it tasted good. After that, we sat down and they took our order. However, they made us wait for almost 2 hours, even though there was no crowd. They kept giving excuses that the staff was not good and were having internal issues. In reality, they hadn’t even properly processed our order. After waiting for 2 hours, when the food finally arrived, we expected it to be at least good. But it was extremely disappointing. The taste was completely bad and had no flavor at all. The chicken biryani was the worst — it had only 2 small pieces of chicken with plain white rice on top, and it had no taste at all. It completely spoiled our mood and appetite. The service was very slow and unprofessional. Overall, the service was poor and the food quality was very very bad. I would not recommend this place. Authentic "Kacchi Gosht ki Biryani" in Kolhapur. Plus point is they used very less oil and flavourful marination slow cooked on dum. Perfect Hyderabad vibes Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
