Despite the hype, Cafe La Rochelle fails to deliver. The seating is uncomfortable, with poor ventilation. The food, from milkshakes to desserts, is subpar, and portion sizes are laughable for the prices. Service is sluggish, even when the place is practically empty. The manager's arrogance is the cherry on top of this disappointing experience. Trust me, there are better cafes out there. You wanted to cancel the order after service without even tasting it and wanted refund. Even you have changed your milkshake mentioning it is weak. If you had good customer ethics you could’ve requested to make it stronger. But you changed it mojito and you are not charged for that.Yes manager was rude when you didn’t wanted to pay the bill.
