I stumbled upon Kylin Experience by chance while looking for a good Thai restaurant in Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj—and I’m so glad I did! I ordered the Chicken Green Curry, Pad Thai, Thai Som Tam, and Greens and mushroom with vermicelli noodles. Each dish was incredibly flavorful and tasted truly authentic, made with fresh, vibrant ingredients. Honestly, I haven’t had better Thai food anywhere else. Since it was a weekday, we got a 1+1 offer on cocktails. We tried the gin-based Tropical Treasure and Blushing Castle—both turned out to be delightful. Encouraged by that, I ordered an Aperol Spritz separately (not part of the offer). Unfortunately, that was a letdown. The glass was filled only about a quarter of the way—far from what I’ve experienced elsewhere, especially in Spain where it's typically filled at least three-quarters full. That was quite disappointing. Still, the overall experience—from the flavorful food and lovely ambience to the warm, attentive staff—far outweighed the Aperol Spritz misstep. I wholeheartedly recommend Kylin Experience for anyone craving outstanding Thai cuisine. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
