The Chinese and Thai cuisines attract guests who are in search of positive impressions. You can always degust perfectly cooked california rolls, chilli chicken and wontons at this restaurant. If hungry, come here for tasty chocolate mousse, coconut ice cream and chocolate custard. Good wine, beer or red sangria are what may make you return to Kylin Experience. Get your meal started with great lemonade, iced coffee or ice tea.
Food delivery is an important benefit of this place. Imagine a combination of great meals and the patient staff, this is exactly what this spot offers. The nice service is something these restaurateurs care about. Also, visitors recommend this restaurant because of fair prices. The fancy decor and cool ambiance let clients feel relaxed here. But people rate Kylin Experience below average on Google.
It's a very well kept and professional space. Reminds me of the classics like chopsticks or China pearl but in GK.
We arrive at TKY to find ourselves in an unmistakably "Asian" setting as well as in spartan company. The restaurant had a slightly festive look to it, with them celebrating the Chinese Year of the Pig. And my friend proudly declared herself to be gluttonous at that moment (one of the traits of people born in the Year of the Pig, as was listed on the Chinese zodiac-themed table mats). The ambience (including music) was soothing & is ideal for a conversation-heavy dining experience.
So, after a detailed study of an indulgent menu, our gluttonous adventure began with us ordering split portions of Hot & Sour veg soup and a portion of Five Spices Vegetable Steamed dumplings. The soup had an eclectic mix of vegetables that were surprisingly hard to identify, but nevertheless was a satisfying "opener" of all senses! The dumplings were perfect - soft, moist fillings & not crumbling at the first touch. The accompanying sauces, one of them with nice crunchiness to it, simply elevated the taste of the dumplings.
Keeping the Main Course somewhat simple, we decided to order an Egg Fried Rice and a Hong Kong Mushroom, Baby Corn & Spinach curry to accompany the rice. Both were well made dishes, with the chilli in the curry further opening up our senses. By the end of it all, we were reaching out for tissue papers to help us deal with the after effects of having "opened" senses!
Thus, in order to cool off, we ordered an interesting dessert - Fried Ice Cream Spring Rolls. Both, the ice cream & the pastry that made for the rolls were very well done and formed a great combo together. The sweet levels were balanced and the rolls had a nice, easy, soft crunch to them.
All-in-all, it was a very satisfying, gluttonous meal that set us back by ₹1400 (sans alcohol & with 1 Zomato Gold voucher).
I would recommend TKY for a nice, quiet, intimate & hugely satisfying Pan Asian dining experience.
