I was given melted icecream in a dirty plastic bad with no receipt. and Zomato refused to replace or refund the amount especially when they charged extra for the packaging. please don't order ice cream from them and through Zomato because they only regret and apologize but don't compensate for your loss

The ice cream was just packed in a plastic bag without any ice pack or anything to keep it cold, I received the parcel of melted ice cream
