Ordered Ice Cream it came without ice pack
It is a common sense that in summer you should provide ice pack without ice pack the ice cream got melted

We apologise for the inconvenience. There is very high probability of ice cream getting melted if not handled properly by executive. The distance was not too much for the product to get melt.
