We have visited Kwality Resto Bar, Kalyani Nagar a couple of times and each visit has been memorable when it comes to food and service. The staff is polite, attentive, and quick, which makes the dining experience smooth. So far, we’ve tried Fried Masala Papad, Peri Peri Finger Chips, Chicken Manchow Soup, Chicken Hot n Sour Soup, Chicken Angara Kebab, and Chicken Crispy as starters. All of which were flavorful and well prepared. For the main course, we had Egg Patiala, Chicken Patiala, Butter Chicken, Butter Naan, Jeera Rice and Chicken Tikka Biryani. Every dish was absolutely delicious and the consistency in taste across visits is commendable. However, a few things could be improved. The dine-in area feels a bit claustrophobic with a slight rancid smell, which takes away from the otherwise good atmosphere. Also, liquor being served even in the dining section can feel awkward for families or people coming in just for food. Another inconvenience is that the dining area does not have a separate washroom, so guests need to walk into the bar section, which isn’t very comfortable. All in all, Kwality Resto Bar is a fantastic place for great food and courteous service, but the ambiance and facilities could definitely use some improvement. Earlier my experience was good here in terms of both service and food.. But last time I had ordered Chinese item.. Today the soup and starter was good even noodles was good but main course Mutton Rogun Josh was okayish at best.. Seemed like mutton was not fresh and neither cooked properly and hence around 3.5 stars Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

“Unprofessional and Poorly Managed” The restaurant manager’s attitude was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of addressing our concerns about slow service and wrong orders, he was dismissive and even borderline rude. A manager should set the example for good customer service, but here it felt like complaints were an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to improve.
