Food is same as the other branches of Kwality Restaurant. Few issues noticed: 1. Though the bar and dine in section is different there were people drinking in the dine in section. 2. The washroom are not different for the dine in and the bar section which makes uncomfortable to go from one section to another and the washroom were not clean. 3. The lady who took order and served seems to be irritated with work she was complaining to us that you should use same spoon for meal after having starter as she has less spoons she is the one who works and cleans I know as part of humanity I can understand but she should also think that the customers pay for the service and they expect the service.
