The service was very slow, we ordered breads which were crispy like papad, and also colder than the room temperature, i ordered ice for my drink which never came, when I asked for better service they simply said, I will remove the service charge sir.. thats it no admission of guilt or anything. I had such high hopes from all the hype around for kwality but I guess being around since 86 ain’t enough
