Food Quality is amazing along with the service and staffambience gives a vintage feel

We as a family have been to kwality several times over the years but yesterday we did not feel very good here. First it was around 4 pm when we reached when mostly the lunch crowd was leaving, we were told there was a waiting for 40 mins. We waited sometime & very clearly a group of foreigners who came after us and were same in number was sent in before us. Our parents were accompanying us, therefore did not say anything. Inside service was also quite dismissive & the food was nothing to remember by. Frankly, we would avoid this place and let others around us know the same. Thanks
