Kwality restaurant is not at all worth the hype. People with good sense and taste for food won’t ever go the this place. The place has vey less network inside the building so if you have to call someone urgent or check your phone so it’s a strict no no. I travelled with kids and asked the waiters about Wi-Fi to which they denied very insensitivity. Had ordered p chicken malai tikka which was reasonably ok. Later the chicken and mutton rogan josh was extremely disappointing. Appeard as if boiled meat is put in masala gravy, on telling the waiter denied again. He asked that gravy could be corrected but appeared hopeless, The bread was good and came sizzling hot as desired. Washrooms were unclean and place appeared very popular in Gwalior with extreme rush. My overall experience was disappointing at Kwality restaurant. NOT recommend at all. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000
