The chef at this restaurant cooks tasty roast beef and good chicken. The pleasant staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Service at Kuttiyil Restaurant is something one can name cool. As guests see it, the atmosphere is lovely here. But this place has been rated below average by Google.

Recieved unwashed plates, when complained they offered tissue paper. Chicken 65 we ordered has hair in it. When complained, they said they will make sure our next visit would be better n billed us for the whole thing. Nobody gonna step on there in this lifetime. I recently visited Kuttiyil Restaurant on my way through Keralapuram. The ambience was nice, but the cleanliness was lacking; both the tables and floors were not clean. I ordered a masala dosa. While the masala tasted good, the dosa was not up to the mark, and the vada didn’t taste good at all. I also mentioned that I didn’t need vada with the masala dosa, but the waiter informed me it was included, which felt unnecessary.
