The Café is great with good food served and amazing ambience. It might be a bit difficult to communicate with the staff if you don't know Malayalam because that's what happened with us. Other than that the place has a good ambience and with some improvements it'll become the best café in the place. Parking: The location it is set at is perfect as it is close to the tea gardens and other points that are often visited. Kid-friendliness: The hotel is kid-friendly.
