I ordered for 9 nos icecream which they always serve with masala at their outlet but to my surprise when I got the order the masala was missing and when I contacted the outlet they simply says that you have to mention separately if you need the masala which I think is not the right thing they should packed the masala also with the order without mentioning because every time when we ate at their outlet we never asked for the masala they themselves sprinkle it on the icecream
