Kunphen Café & Food is pretty near Namdroling Nyingmapa Monastery. Good ice cream have an appetizing taste. Order the great coffee or delicious ice tea offered here. Clients don't like momos at this cafe.

When you are done looking around the magnificent monastery, taken all the selfies u possibly can, you have to take a break at this cafe, situated inside the monastery compound. Nice outside seatings and typical restaurant seating inside as well . Run by Tibetan guys. The food is fairly good and tasty. Just the teas aren't that great. We had some hot noodles, Hot steamed Momos and Thupkha which were nicely done. Oh yes, Menu is entirely vegetarian.
