Hotel location is on walking distance from fort but rooms have smell and compromised with cleanliness not as good as they charged.

Our experience at kumbhal palace was terrible. The room photos online were completely deceptive. We were shocked by the unhygienic conditions upon arrival, including dirty bedsheets and towels. After being overcharged and refused a full refund for a prepaid booking, we only received half back after a difficult argument. False advertising and unprofessional management. Avoid at all costs."
