We bought a red velvet truffle pastry and a cold drink as takeaway. Although the staff mentioned that the pastry had been freshly prepared a few hours earlier, it didn’t taste fresh at all. The cake layer was thick and lacked a soft, fresh texture, and the overall taste was just average. The pastry was definitely not worth the price. Even the cold drink tasted off, and when we checked the label, we noticed it was only 3 days away from expiry. Overall, a disappointing experience.

This bakery is truly amazing. The place is very clean, and you can find almost everything to eat here—even unique chocolates you may have never heard of before. They also offer packed foods like sandwiches, burgers, and pizzas. My personal favorite was the aloo patties—honestly the tastiest I’ve ever had, and unbelievably it cost only ₹30, especially in a mountain area. Another interesting thing is that the owner is also a doctor, and the bakery has a small medical section inside where you can get medicines if needed. Overall, this place was fantastic, both for food and convenience. Highly recommended! "Disappointing experience with Zomato! I ordered from [kumar bakery mussoorie] 1 hour 30 minutes ago, and the estimated delivery time was [68 minutes].just for 800 meter distance However, after waiting for over an hour past the expected delivery time, I received a cancellation message without any prior communication or apology. This is frustrating, especially when I was looking forward to enjoying my meal. Hopefully, Zomato can work on improving their delivery timelines and communication. 1/5 stars for this experience. Honestly, experiences like these make me question the reliability of Zomato. If they can't deliver on their promises, maybe it's time for them to shut down the app. It's not trustable in its current state.".
