I have always judged a paan kulfi with the one you get at barbecue nation as standard. I would not order paan kulfi from anywhere else because they would never live upto the standard. Today, my partner ordered a couple for us just out of curiosity and lo and behold, we have a new favourite! It came wrapped in a packet filled with dry ice! What a fantastic way to pack. They were as cold as kulfi is meant to be! We also had a lot of fun with the dry ice later on! Kulfiano, you did good today. Take a bow!
