Extremely Disappointing Experience at Khulche Shulche (Citylight) – Worst Service Ever! I had the most pathetic experience at Khulche Shulche, Citylight, on Holi. Despite being a paying customer, I was denied a simple plastic chair just because they feared it would get stained by dry Holi colors. This is ridiculous—it’s a festival, and refusing basic seating to customers is unacceptable. To make things worse, when I placed my order, I was given confusing instructions—they asked whether I wanted on-table service or pickup, yet even after opting for on-table, they still refused to provide seating. The most frustrating part? There were plenty of empty chairs available, but they just wouldn’t give one! This kind of rude and illogical behavior is not what customers expect. If they are so concerned about festival colors, they should shut down on Holi instead of treating paying customers poorly. A terrible experience—will never visit again!
