A pathetic staff experience, it was like they don’t want to attend you at all. Everyone including the person at the counter were seems like not interested to serve & the service delays were infinite. It took them ages to bring some bottles from their fridge to our table. The main thing is that they are showing this attitude when their food is also not being good. The food they served was overcooked and full with the imbalanced mixture of spices. & lastly, you have to bear with the loud Punjabi music throughout your time there. Overall it was an unpleasant experience for us Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service at Kulcha Theka during my yesterday visit. Unfortunately, what was meant to be an enjoyable dining experience turned out to be frustrating and disappointing due to several serious issues.The staff showed little to no courtesy throughout the visit. Our waiter seemed disinterested and was unresponsive to simple requests, which made us feel unwelcome. Additionally, I had heard good things about Taste at Kulcha Theka, but this experience has certainly left a negative impression. I hope that steps will be taken to address these issues so that future customers can enjoy a more pleasant dining experience.
