We understand how special this occasion was for your family and regret the disappointment you felt. We would like to clarify a few points for transparency. Regarding the presentation setup, the issue arose because the laptop brought by your side did not have an HDMI port. As a result, connectivity could not be established initially. Your guests later arranged an alternate laptop, after which the setup was completed. With respect to the network concern, the connectivity depended on the individual service provider being used and was not controlled by our venue. Concerning the food, the menu was finalized after a tasting session, and all items were prepared according to the selections and customizations approved at that time. While we always aim for consistency, we regret that the food on the event day did not match your expectations. We would also like to note that feedback for the same event has been posted twice. While we fully respect your right to share your experience, we wanted to clarify this for context. Once again, we sincerely regret that we could not deliver the experience you were hoping for on such an important milestone.
