I’ve been visiting KUDLADA for a while now, and it has always delivered the best — never once a disappointment. It’s honestly very hard to find a place that feels this close to home. The restaurant truly stays authentic to Mangalorean flavors. We ordered the pomfret tawa fry, silver fish rava fry, silver fish curry , and marwai sukka, and every dish was exceptional. The seafood tastes incredibly fresh, you can genuinely taste the difference. Nothing feels frozen or stored, it tastes like a same-day catch What I also appreciated is that the spices and ingredients they use are homemade and authentic no artificial flavors, no shortcuts. Everything is cooked in coconut oil, giving it that proper coastal, homely touch. The rava fry was perfectly crisp, the marwai sukka was rich and flavorful, and the curry had beautiful depth. The owner himself is warm and welcoming, and you can clearly see the vision he has for maintaining quality, authenticity, and reasonable pricing. That personal care reflects in both the food and the overall experience. Consistently amazing food, comforting ambience, authentic ingredients, and fair prices — a solid 5/5 every time.
