"I was disappointed to learn that my coupon wasn’t accepted at kuber Restaurant because of the festival but today is not festival. I wasn’t informed beforehand, which made the experience feel a bit unfair. It would be helpful if the restaurant made this policy clearer, so customers aren’t caught off guard. I hope they consider being more transparent about such policies in the future.".
