Used to be an amazing multi cuisine restaurant in NIBM area. I was a regular customer but today's experience was horrendous and one of the worst in my life. I went to dine at around 9pm with family. There was hardly any crowd in the restaurant. We had decided to have South Indian food but the waiter informed us that they aren't serving South Indian food as the chef is unwell. Quite surprising that a restaurant depends on one person for an entire cuisine. We unwillingly had Chinese and South Indian. The service was extremely slow and pathetic. All the staff was new and improperly trained. Finally we finished dining after almost 1.5 hours and asked for the bill. When I presented my card, I was told that the card machine was out of order and I will have to pay in cash or Gpay. I told the waiter that I don't use Gpay and I do not have so much cash. Then the person at the cash counter arrived and apologised (without actually feeling apologetic) and presented the QR code to pay by UPI. I asked him the owner's number as we weren't very happy with his attitude and overall service. To my greatest shock, he asked me to clear the bill first and then he will share the owner's number. When I raised my pitch he gave me the number and just went away from there as if he didn't care a damn. I called the owner (Mr. Jamadar) 3-4 times and he did not pick up. If owner doesn't care for his customers, then the business is bound to be doomed. When I insisted that the cash counter guy should behave himself and mind his attitude, he came there and said that I am disturbing other guests and if I did not want to pay, then he will pay from his salary. I mean, really??? Post pandemic when the hospitality industry is recovering is this the attitude???? I got infuriated and told the young chap that he lacks customer service and he should not be in this industry. But his attitude was as if he didn't care at all. I did tell him that if he has so much money and attitude then he can pay my bill and of all customers. And then I was adamant (just because of his attitude and behaviour) that he must send someone home to collect cash. But he said that I can leave without paying and he will manage. The other staff apologised on his behalf but his behaviour was full of attitude and ego. I did not pay the bill and left the restaurant. If the owner wants his bill, he must come to my place now and collect it. Another customer joined me complaining about service and food quality.

It is indeed sad to see such a lovely restaurant go from best to worst. I will never ever step into that place again. I will advise people to refrain from dining here. There are other good multicuisine restaurants in the area who have customer oriented attitude. Hope the owner takes cognisance of this and saves his restaurant from being doomed
