The ambience and music was very good. The waiters were finding it difficult to comprehend our orders. They were pushy as well. So, not the best experience. Food was good but inconsistent. The composition of the items ordered on previous visits differed this time. Service was extremely slow. Cold coffee and hot chocolate is highly recommended. The ambiance of the café was quite pleasant, and as a coffee enthusiast, I had anticipated a wider selection of coffee options which was okayish but my hazelnut Frappuccino which i ordered did not meet my expectations. It had an odd balance, being overly sweet at first and then turning bitter. I requested a replacement, which they provided, but they initially the staff attempted to explain the ingredients to me, which I was already familiar with. The new drink was not significantly different, and I had to ask for whipped cream to be added on top, which is typically standard for a Frappuccino to be added alongside. Additionally, I ordered a corn and spinach sandwich, which I found to be just average in taste. While the overall experience was enjoyable, there are certainly areas for improvement. I appreciated the café's atmosphere and decor, which felt authentic to the location, making it a suitable spot for gatherings with friends, family, or acquaintances.
