I had the unfortunate experience of hosting my wedding at Krushnpingaksh Premium Lawns, and I must say it was incredibly disappointing. From the start, the owner, Sawant Sir, was not at all supportive. His attitude was arrogant, and it felt as though my concerns were completely ignored. It’s essential for any venue owner to understand and respect the needs and concerns of their clients, but this was clearly not the case here. The washrooms were in an unacceptable condition - there was leakage all over, and they were not cleaned properly. This is the last thing anyone would expect when paying a premium amount for a service. Furthermore, we were promised six rooms for our stay, but upon arrival, we were not provided with the rooms we had been assured of. This kind of unprofessionalism is not something you would expect, especially when all the money is paid in advance. When you're paying for a service, it’s only fair to expect the service you were promised. I sincerely hope that Sawant Sir and the entire team take this feedback seriously and work towards treating their clients with the respect and care they deserve. A change in attitude and a commitment to fulfilling promises would go a long way in improving the overall experience.
