Dear [Manager/Owner Krsna GEL CHURCH COMPLEX RANCHI],I have been a loyal customer of your parlour for many years, and I have always enjoyed your service and products. However, I recently faced an issue that is both concerning and disappointing.During my visit on [date], my son ordered a Vanilla ice cream cone, which he has always taken. Previously, the same ice cream cost ₹50, but this time we were charged ₹65. When asked, the staff stated that ₹15 was for the cone. This extra charge was never communicated before the purchase, and the explanation given was simply that it was a “mistake.”While there may be a small note in a corner of the freezer, it is not prominently displayed or highlighted, making it impossible for customers to know the actual price. Such lack of transparency can easily be perceived as misleading.To resolve this matter, I request the following:1. Clear and visible display of pricing for cones and cups at all points of sale.2. Staff to be instructed to inform customers of any additional charges upfront.3. A refund or goodwill gesture for the extra ₹15 charged on my son’s ice cream, which was not communicated.I trust you will treat this matter seriously and ensure it is addressed promptly.
