hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with my order.I ordered Pulao, but upon arrival, I discovered that it was severely undercooked. The rice grains are still hard and raw, and the dish is not safe or pleasant to eat. It's clear it wasn't cooked properly.This is not the quality I expect when ordering through Zomato. I have attached clear pictures showing the state of the uncooked rice. Given that the food is inedible, I would like to request a full refund for my order.
