Stayed at the hotel upstairs and had a very poor experience overall. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was uncomfortable, and the air conditioners were switched off. Even after requesting multiple times, they turned on only one AC. When we asked for hot water, they gave us bottled water and said they would heat it. We ordered chicken biriyani, and while eating, we witnessed a rat jumping from the ceiling onto the AC unit. This explains why they were hesitant to turn on the AC and raises serious hygiene concerns. Regarding the hotel stay above:. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. Rooms were spacious but not properly maintained. Bed sheets were dirty. When we requested a change, they replaced them with another dirty bedsheet. Overall, cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards were extremely poor. This place needs serious improvement. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1–200

Biryani is worst I am a fan of kritunga spice I have tasted at many kritunga restaurants in the city. But this is the worst biryani i have ever tasted rice is not cooked properly and i have ordered full spicy biryani but they gave me white rice The bearers are covering that it wont be spice and only egg will be spice. I wonder how can only egg be spicy. Worst jeitunga experience ever Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
